In its inception, LauchBone went by the name of The Business Baker, and Ground Floor Originals. James, the owner, had a tough time explaining what he did and how it would benefit his clients.

Together, we worked to clarify that message:

LaunchBone is Collective Business Ownership. We provide individuals with direct access to business ownership through active participation in startup teams, using skillsets as equity. We believe everyone should own a business. Our mission is to positively impact small business success rates by launching companies collectively.
